How do I cancel my RECAPtains subscription?

We're sad to see you go, but completely understand that circumstances change. The cancellation instructions are below. If you run into any issues or have any questions during this process, please let me know so that I can get you the right support. 

To cancel your RECAPtain account:

1. Log into your RECAPtains account

2. Click on the person icon in the top right corner

3. Click "Manage Subscription"

4. In the "Plan and Billing" box, click "Manage Subscription" 

5. Click "Cancel subscription" (you may need to scroll down a bit)
