My KNEEcap emails are off schedule. How can I fix this?

The daily Bible KNEEcap emails and weekly transcript emails follow the Day 1 = January 1 schedule, and unfortunately, there's not currently a way to personalize which email sends based on which day someone is on. We've asked Supercast—our RECAPtain platform—to consider rolling that feature out someday. In the meantime, there is a workaround that will get you all of the resources you're looking for.

If you log in to your RECAPtain account, you have access to all archived TBR transcripts, as well as all archived TBK episodes and transcripts. Click on "posts" or "episodes" and then keep scrolling down; sometimes they take a few seconds to load as you go further down the list. Alternatively, you can use the search bar in the upper left corner to search for a day by its three-digit number (ex: 003 or 085 or 215).

If the daily emails that are not aligned with your current reading plan are not serving you well, you can change your email subscription preferences, without losing any of your RECAPtain access.

You can find information on how to access the new RECAPtains platform, including finding your content for your specific tier, on our Navigation page.
