How can I cancel my order?

If placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation.

Please note: Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. As soon as orders are placed the fulfillment process begins. We do our best to act on cancellation requests in a timely manner, but sometimes we are unable to catch it before an order ships.

If you have already received an email notifying you that your order has shipped, cancellation is not be possible. Please refer to our return policy if you would like to return your order after you receive it.
