  • Visit our navigation page to help you find your RECAPtain content!

  • At the top of your RECAPtain dashboard, click on your initials, and then choose “Manage Subscription.” On the next screen, choose "Manage Subscription," then click a new plan to switch to and choose “Change to this plan”.

    Plan changes will be applied immediately, and any time left on your old plan will be prorated against the new plan.

  • Yes! At the top of your RECAPtain dashboard, click on your initials, and then choose “Manage Subscription.” On the next screen, choose "Manage Subscription." Select the tier you're interested in, then simply adjust your monthly total to add additional funds. Thanks for asking!
